Take your first peacewalk

A quiet walk can become an invitation to pay attention.

1. Choose a comfortable route

Pick a familiar, accessible setting and a distance that suits you. Check conditions and choose a time when the route feels appropriate.

2. Carry one intention

Try a simple question: “How can I meet the world with more care today?” Walk at a pace that allows you to notice your surroundings.

3. Reflect without pressure

At the end, write one thing you noticed and one act of kindness you want to carry into the day. There is no distance target and no right insight to achieve.

Put it into practice

Use the worksheet to reflect or make a simple plan. The text file can be saved, edited, or printed.
